Why work with me?

I’ve been working as a nail tech since 2019. Along the way, I’ve built a clientele, moved cities, rebuilt my business, and worked through the everyday challenges of pricing, policies, and client care.

That experience shapes how I mentor. I’ll share what I’ve learned behind the nail table, explain the reasoning behind my feedback, and help you think through how it applies to your own work.

You can expect honest conversations, room for questions, and encouragement as you practice. I care about helping you understand your next steps and why they matter.

How mentoring works

    Send me a little about your experience, what’s been challenging, and what you’d like help with. You don’t need a perfectly organized list of questions.

  2. Choose your support
    We’ll discuss which session or bundle fits your goals and whether online or in-person support makes sense. We’ll confirm the details before you book.

  3. Work through it together
    Your session centres on the focus we’ve agreed on, with time for explanations, feedback, and your questions.

  4. Put it into practice
    We’ll identify practical next steps you can work on afterwards. If you’ve booked a bundle, we can revisit what you’ve tried and adjust our approach in your next session.

Mentoring FAQ

  • Mentoring can support you at different stages. Tell me about any training you’ve completed, what you’re practicing, and what you’d like help with. We’ll discuss whether my mentoring fits your needs and where to begin.

  • Before You Begin is a self-paced course covering the foundations of professional gel nails. Mentoring gives us time to focus on your individual questions, work, and business. You can use mentoring alongside your learning for personalized feedback and guidance.

  • A single session works well for one or two specific priorities. A bundle gives you time to try things between sessions, ask follow-up questions, and review your progress. If you’re unsure, tell me what you’re hoping to work on and I’ll help you choose.

  • In-person mentoring is an option in Kelowna, alongside online sessions. We’ll discuss your goals and availability to decide which format makes sense before booking.

  • We’ll focus on the priorities we’ve agreed on, with a mix of explanation, discussion, and feedback. You’ll have room to ask questions, and we’ll identify practical next steps to work on afterwards.

  • Absolutely. Send me a message with what you’re looking for, and we can talk through the options before you decide. Enquiring doesn’t commit you to booking.
